What should we include on our posters?

* Below is a list of topics I have created to help guide the groups through their research.

* Each member should chose ONE topic to become an “expert in.”

* Details of how to complete the project are outlined under the “Group Work” tab above.

Geography:

• Where is your country located on the map?
• What is the Capital of your country?
• What are some famous cities in the country?
• List some famous geographic regions in or around your country (mountains, rivers, oceans).

Culture:

• What does the country’s flag look like?
• What religion(s) is/are most popular?
• What holidays do the people celebrate there?
• Name the predominant language(s) spoken in your country.

Arts/Sports:

• What kind of sports does your country follow?
• Any popular/famous teams?
• What kind of activities do people in your country follow for fun?
• Any famous museums, zoos, historical sites?

Environment:

• What kind of weather does your country usually have? (rainy, hot, cold etc)
• List the kinds of plants that are located in your country
• What animal species live in your country?
• What kinds of food do people in your country usually eat?
